Lack of Feedback, advice, Broker arrogance

I reported an accident on Monday the 18/11/2013 around 16:50. I spoke to Keisha and she got most of the details. I asked her to phone me the next afternoon around 12:00 (Tuesday) so I can forward her the AR no. She never phoned me. I reprted the accident to the broker, advisor, consultant the same day (Tuesday). She answered some of the queries and said she will give feedback. Previously I was insured with OUTSURANCE and I had one incident which was resolved within 48 Hrs. This is now with SANTAM going onto week no 2, I do not know what is the damage to the vehicle, etc. THIS IS PATHETIC. When you ask for E Mail feedback nothing... nada...
Just goes to show, rather pay a little extra for service, than cheaper and be frustrated.
