Fails payment claims

I wrote a complaint about my claim not be processed and still I'm sitting with a situation where I am starting to feel I am being sabotaged. I claimed with Santam in April and still now there is problems. On Friday 19th July 2013 my financing bank called me to inform me that Santam payment does not appear although they have forwarded the remittance advice in 10 June 2013 showing payment of the 07 June 2013. I cannot get assistance in town (Oudtshoorn) because the offices close at four and I only knock of from the field at five. This situation is stressing me because now I cannot do anything with this debit growing because of all this delay.
