Being involved in a car accident 2 days before christmas Having to deal with the loss of my car and physical injuries the way Santam and DigiCall have been handling my claim I am shocked aNd supriced digicall and santam are still in business All the calls I luckily recorded myself Santam and Digicall really need to go on a client skill course as for they have NO idea what 'professional client service' is I suggest that you take note of this complaint as for you heading to go down because of your attitude and lack of communication Since I lodged the claim on the 23 December 2013 up to 3 Jan 2014 I was not been contacted once from Santam Nor were I explained about the procedure The procedure was explained to me by the Sales manager who was the only one who took responsibility Not evan Johan Venter who is the 'manager' of Jeanette could take responsibility All he does is LAUGHING at my situation Since when does Santam appoint/employ 'clowns' Santam has thrown away their 'name' and will NEVER have peace of mind being insured through Santam again A person who buy insurance is buying into a promise Santam bridged on the promise made to me I WILL spread this news that I can ensure Santam
