What a bad service I received Abongile, he sounded drunk and taking time to help, mind you he works for stop cards and he is supposed to give delightful service.
Abongile needs to work on his attitude and when I requested a supervisor no Supervisor or Team leader available wow I was so disappointed wish I could not lose my card and avoid calling the call center.
