Jacky supervisor of teh after sales department

I have called the after sales department a million times already trying to sort out their mistake, they had debited me for something i don't have and not utilizing. i have been trying to get my money back since September last year to date and its still not sorted out. i had requested to speak to a supervisor, her name is Jacky, in December they told me she was on leave, she has been back for two weeks now and still didn't bother to call me. i have left messages with all the consultants i spoke to, even with the team leader Tebogo and the team leader for sales department Tumelo, but This Jacky supervisor has not come back to me.this is the 3rd report I'm filling regarding the incompetency of Jacky's department and herself.i still don't have my money paid back to me even now.
