There was an issue with my creit card limit being decreased without my knowledge. upon calling the card division contact center i was faced with many unhelpful operators and supervisors with no understandinf of my concern.

i was highly upset an very fustrated that i eventually asked for a manager. I was informed by Lerato, who is the rudest person ever and should not be a team leader or a supervisor, that the manager is in a meeting.

to be honest i was expecting to hear from the manager, but then i spoek with him (Mr. M Dlamini).

He was understanding and explained everything to me. he did inform me that he will try his best to assist me and explained that it was out of his hands so he will escalate to a credit manager.

In the end Mr Dlamini came through, he kept to his promise and made it happen. Even though i could not get the full amount, some funds were released and saved the day.

Absa, this gentleman, knows what his job is, he knows how to represent the brand. His goo service and commitment has made up for the poor service i received. the people in the contact center must recognise why HE is the manager and they are not.
