I was so disappointed at the level of the customer service that I got from Jet, when i was applying for an additional card. This poor service ranges from clerks/customer attendants, management (supervisor Upwards) and the call center.

Customer Attendants
Firstly they dont seem to know exactly what they are doing and they dont seem to know the internal processes that should be followed when dealing with customer issues.

Supervisors
They dont supervise their clerks, some they look as though they are the clerks themselves, they also dont know whats going on.

Call center
They dont do their job, they dont approve things within the required time frame.

I applied for an additional card 4 weeks ago, and to date i have not gotten in. I have requested assistant from supervisor since i saw that the clerks wont help me and he also could nt help me, all he said was the call center must approve and he will call me, to date i have not received any call from him.

This is appalling, i stood there for 2 hours first day, they could help, they said it takes 24 hours for call center to approve, came back after 24 hours, they went through the same process as previous day.
