Sonia Botes does not want to talk to clients, apparently sending e-mails is the ONLY WAY at MIWAY! You pay your insurance installment on a monthly basis without any trouble or hesitation, but when they have to pay / answer / assist you it is such a drag.
Why is it so difficult to be honest to the people that make up your salary? All I want is to know when I will be able to get my car & an e-mail definitely does not tell me anything when I have additional questions - it just "looks" at me without any answers.
Please tell me if the money was released to the Dealership & how long I still have to wait!
