In 2010 I went through a difficult time and ended up in a serious financial mess and this is when I decided to voluntarily go under debt review. I've heard about such a process but never really knew anything or thoroughly investigated it.
I was blessed to have come across a dignified, qualified, accredited and experienced debt councellor named Gerald of GGR Assist who had my best interest at heart. He explained the whole process, implication and limitations of going through this process.
I signed up with him. During the whole process he kept me up to date with feedback he was getting from my creditors wether they accepted the terms or not. Those that didn't he never gave up on them, he kept on trying till they accepted (that's what i call customer service).
To cut a long story short is that I finally paid of all my debts recently and have learnt a lot from this man and this experience. Most of all he taught me how to be deciplined with my money.
I would recommend this company (GGR Assist) to anyone who is going through financial problems. They wont judge or make you feel small in any way.
