Thank you for the professional staff manning your Facebook wall, and your efficient call centre agents for ALWAYS GOING THE EXTRA MILE? I am so privileged to be part of the Miway insurance. Everytime I add a Question or make a comment on your Facebook wall, I am at ease knowing I will get a response or a call usually within minutes. Thank you for accommodating me in our difficult times we face financially on an everyday base due to our economy. Thank you for reviewing my monthly premiums and adjusting it so it is a bit lighter on the pocket. Thank you also for taking the time to reply to each and every complaint and compliment and I know how tough it is to keep your cool when dealing with difficult customers (I AM ONE of THOSE customers), but never lost my cool with anyone at your call centre in recent years. I will be with Miway insurance 5 years in Dec this year and I'm due for another Mireward this year. I am so honoured to be associated with such a professional group of people. Thumbs up Miway...
