Slow and bad

I have sent a email through to [URL Removed] in the first week of july 2013 wanting to cancel my policy no body called back and I sent another email asking some1 to call. And yet I am still waiting since the 2nd week in july 2013 I sent through 3 msgs for [URL Removed] to call me back and still nothing. I still haven't received documentation, nothing about the blood tests have come through. This is seriously pathetic I wanted to update details at first but after this service I want nothing more to do with this company.
