What happened is I was involved in a bike accident all medical cost were covered by work mans compensation, close too a year later they still stating I need to pay a excess but for what I don't know as every thing was covered by w.m.c so I decided to cancel my policy as I have tried to sort this out for so long and every one just passes it on and nothing gets done, secondly I still have not received my cancellation confirmation that has been requested countless times I call in to check on status of my policy and I get put on hold for 5 minutes to check a status??? absolutely useless, this is my last attempt to get a response from you people before I go to the Ombudsman as I also work in the insurance industry I know exactly how to make a big deal of this so please last chance I want my cancellation confirmation emailed NOW before you force me to the Ombudsman
