Incorrect Physical Address and Postal Address

I have been insured with Iwyze for almost 2 years. I called them about 2months ago to change my physical address... Also my premuim was R650. My bf had an accident which I know he had to pay alot out of his pocket so I decided to call Iwyze and get a copy of my policy... with great regret my physical address and postal address were spelt incorrectly and my premuim is now R950 which i was not notified or maybe they did send out a letter which I never did receive. How can premium just jump from R650 to R950 when I had no claims made plus the value of my vehicle would have depreciated. If my vehicle got then you will look for e very fault not to pay out. Yet the faults without your own business... Please train your staff.
