FNB staff delete complaints before solved

My concern is my e-mails that are deleted by FNB-staff (as it is received by them), resulted in no evidence of any complaints from my side. This is unethical, and not loyal to employer and customer!
I submitted a complaint via (on 6July13) as Fnb did not responded to my 7 e-mails and 11 phone calls since 24 June 2013 (regarding an apple i5 phone).. I only received reference numbers. When Fnb contacted me (after hellopeter contacted them), they requested my id number, as they had no evidence of any complaints submitted by me. I re-send all my e-mails to FNB, and within two days I was informed that my apple i5 was an out of box claim, and that I will receive a new instrument. Before this FNB wrote that they cannot assist me at all, as they have no knowledge of my complaint. (I have their e-mail- proving this, dated 9July).
I also asked on Monday, dated 15 July 2013, that my installment must only be next month, as I never used my phone (phone did not read sim card). I have not heard anything from FNB (as in the past).
I received my new phone yesterday-and it works. This whole problem took 4 weeks to solve!!! FNB must focus on their core products, employ honest people
