Pick 'n Pay
Inefficient complaint system

Shops, Products, Services

On 14th September 2013 we bought biltong to the value of R 195, 00 at the store in Little Falls. We wanted to have some of it on the 21st September 2013 and I was surprised to find it riddled with maggets when I openede the packet. It was so bad that I could not even feed it to my dogs. I sent various complaints via the prescribed e-mail form on the website. I got a reply that my complaint was referred to management and they would be in contact with me soon. Needless to say nobody from Pick "n Pay ever made contact with me. I eventually phoned the customer service line and spoke to a man by the name of Zoheb. He informed me that the IT Department could not track any of my e-mails and that I should forward him the reply I received from Pick 'n Pay. I then forwarded the reply to him as requested. This was on the 11th October 2013. On the 15th October 2013 I had not heard from Zoheb so I sent another e-mail asking if I will be getting any assistance with regards to my complaint. I know that he received and read these e-mails as I requested a delivery and read report for all. To date absolutely nothing has been done to my complaint, absolutely shocking!
