Beware of buying i phone - FNB/ Enginuity partners

Business & Finance

I bought an Apple iphone through FNB nearly three weeks ago (18 June 2013) and activated the phone on 19 June 2013, Since that day it gives me a "NO SERVICE" notice I have notified FNB, received conformation with case numbers, ticket numbers (smartphonequeries and sales@ [URL Removed] 13 e-mails to FNB and ISTORES, called ISTORES 7 times (0873502946), and they phoned me once to check if settings were correct, (28/06/13) they ordered my phone to be collected. The phone was collected yesterday-a week after authorisation given. The consultants at IStore humiliated me when calling, asking for instance if I do know how to switch phone on/off, . They are very rude over the phone, and clearly not trained to work with the public, or know where towns are. I b
FNB is even worse, as they have received my complaint on 25 June 2013. On 2July 2013 I visited the Bethlehem Branch to try and sort this out. On 4 July 2013 I contackted the compaint centre of FNB (by telephone), aking what is happening. I had reverence number, nothing was done!!! Thenr received an e-mail, phone-call and they apologised. Nothing sored out, clearly an out of box failure. Have to wait another two weeKs as per ISTORE
