Once again terrible service from Absa. over the last 6 months I am unable to say any thing positive about ABSA. from bad cutomer service to highest service fees
as a loyal customer for over 15 years and even as a platinum banker with them, their customer service is shocking. especially the snotty and snobby attitude coming out of from Glen Marais.
whats the point of being a platinum banker, when you cant get through to any of the private bankers to help you... a service that I pay for... a service that ABSA charges the most for out of all the other banks...
a 15 year relationship, flushed down the toilet... very disappointing...
and for the last 6 months I have been threatening to take my business else where, but have not due to the fact that I have always hoped things would come right, but now I truly am DONE!!!
my next avalible opportunity I will be switching to FNB or Standard... or any1 who promises to look after their valued clients...
