No service from private banke

As a Private client at ABSA I pay a bit more for my accounts for supposed special service. I have a personal account with 2 credit cards linked to it and a Platinum 1 account which is registered in the name of a business.

I've always had all these accounts linked to my private account internet banking profile and was able to transfer funds from 1 account to another. In March this year, I paid money from our business (other bank) into the Platinum 1 account. Usually we transfer money from there in order to cover all the bills for the month. This time when I logged into the internet banking profile, the Platinum 1 account wasn't available so I couldn't transfer money to cover bills.

SInce then and after several visits to ABSA branches and a meeting with my private banker at my office (this took about 2 months to arrange) I still don't have access to my Platinum 1 account and still can't transfer any funds. I even opened a savings account linked to the Platinum 1 (at extra cost) to enable access to the Platinum 1 acc.

I've missed payments and debit orders bounced and ABSA is charging me interest while I call and e-mail and get no response from anyone.
