Ongoing issues with credit card machine

I am shocked at the ongoing problems I have been having with SureSwipe since they changed to Mercantile Bank. I am a small business owner and as such need to have a functioning credit card machine at all times during business hours.
However, I have had to deal with daily error codes which suggest clients credit cards are not being read or they are faulty and asking for alternative cards. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT ON, especially in a medical field practice, which has a reputation to maintain and does not expect a service provider such as SureSwipe not to be able to update clients banking details when they themselves change banks. SHOCKING SERVICE!
In addition, clients' payments have been known to be paid into someone elses account/branch etc. which leads to me having to contact my own clients again and inconvenience them by requesting additional payment. In all fairness I must admit that I have been using this company for a long time and have not had any issues until the change from Capitec to Mercanitle Bank occured. Another gripe I have is with the call centre who seemingly DO NOT CARE about customer complaints and subsequently do not ACT on urgent requests for help. Appaling customer service!!
