ABSA Private Bank - time to leave

ABSA Private bank is suppose to provide you with a one stop service - private banker, avoiding long lines in branches, and additional benefits. All at quite a high fee each month of course.
Lost my debit card, reported it, and now have to go into a branch with a reference number, proof of ID/address etc for them to order it, and then for me to collect it after a couple of days. What is the point of having a private banker who can sort this out and courier you the card? That is what Investec does!
And NO priority pass for airport lounges! Only if you 'upgrade' your package to the higher fee Exceller package. However people on the Platinum package who pay less fees each months get this for free.
What a ripoff. Moving to Investec.
