I Phoned and made an appointment to open a Business account, got a ref number.

When i went for the appointment he wasn't aware of it, got into his office the first thing he told me was that he is new and dont know how to open the account and has another appointment at 9.

He went to his supervisor (I think that is what she was) and she came back and told me there is no one to help me right away and that Stanley was suppose to close his diary that they dont book him because he didnt had training yet, but i must leave my paper work and they will open the account and call me, . I wasnt happy so told them i will rather go to another bank that want to help me, thats not the way to treat a new customer.
