Watch me type for two hours!

I have been a customer with ABSA for 10 years. I went into open a business account in Sandton on a Saturday. The lady said she does not open accounts on Saturdays as she was the only one in the office and she has walk in on a saturday. I then filled out all the forms and set an appointment on a week day. When i went in on a week day, she said it would take two hours to open the account. I asked if there was anything else for me to fill in as i had given her everything. SHe said no, she needs me to sit down and watch her type in all the information and that would take two hours and i can sign at the end. I asked if i could come back in 2 hours and sign when she has filled the information. She said if i leave she wont do the form so i either sit for 2 hours and open the account or i leave and she wont open the account. So i left, called investec, sent in all the paperwork. They sent a courier to pick up all originals and account open in a day!!!
