DIDNT OPEN THE SALON FOR MY APPOINTMENT

I got two Dermaplex Chocolate Facial and 30 min reflexology session from Unique Transformation from Groupon for my mom for Mothers Day. Firstly I battled to try and book an appointment with them, they just wouldnt get back to me. Eventually I managed to make an appt for today. We arrived at 9;50am for our 10am appointments and were greeted by two of the staff waiting outside the shop. We had got a little lost so I called the landline number with no answer and then managed to get someone on the cell number to check we were in the right place about 2mins before. The staff told us that they had been there since 8am and no-one had come to open up. I tried to get ahold of the person on the cell number again but they didnt answer about 10 calls, even though they had answered just minutes before. We waited until about 10:15am and then left, as by this time we didnt want anyone who cant even open their shop or answer their phone working on us, even if she did arrive.
