Last week I went to open a new account for my salary to go in with Standard Bank during my lunch time as its sometimes difficult to find time as I work out town where there is no banks. I was running very late for another appointment so due the number of the other customers in front of me in the queue I just thought to myself you know what stuff it. I went back to reception and told Given that I'm leaving and Given seeing the potential loss of a new customer she made copies of the requirements and told she would ask Candy to have look and phone me back. Less than an hour Candy phoned me to make an appointment with me to come and complete the process. When I went back she was knowledgeable of the product and I was impressed. Well done to them for such kind of service. I also suggest that the bank should come with methods of making the process as quick as possible as I noted one agitated customer who had just lost it in the queue when I decided to leave.
