WHAT BANK REFERS YOU TO THEIR COMPETITOR

I would just like to say how disappointed i am with Nedbank Northgate Branch.

Myself and business partners have just recently opened up a company, now because of all the "GOOD" reviews we've been getting about Nedbank we deceided to open up our bussiness account with them.

We arrived at their offices on saturday morning-12JAN14 and was told to see a gentleman by the name of Kwame, he greeted us sarcastically and asked us if we made an appointment to see him, we said no, he then proceeded to tell us that he wasnt even suppose to be in the office that saturday and was awaiting for another client that DID make an appointment.
We asked him to please advise us on what to do as we are a newly registered company and we would like to open up a business account when Nedbank. We explained to him that we have two foreign nationals that are not on our company documents and they would get added at a later stage once documents were sorted out, he then asked one of us to please open his office door, where he shouted across to another collegue for help! once that was done, he told us we must go to FNB and they should be able to help us!!
