Essential Med
Waited for 3 months then no contact

My girlfriend joined Essentialmed after good reviews from others and had to wait 3 months before she was an active member. Upon the first debit order, there was a problem with the account chosen to be debited.

Since then and many emails and calls to the consultant, we have had no feedback whatsoever.

If this is the intial service we can expect from Essentialmed then we are happy to move to another company
