Dear Sir,
I am writing for an advice with regards to the above policy. in 2012/08/01 I joined Essentialmed a medical service provider as a member with my family of four, my wife as the principal holder. we agreed that she be the principal holder though I financial am accountable.

my problem arose when I visited a Doctor in Pretoria on the 19/12/2013 and she wrote me a prescription. on presenting the prescription to the pharmacy, the system showed that the policy was cancelled on the 11/06/2013.
I then phoned EssentialMed on the 19th of December 2013 and they confirmed it was cancelled. I asked for the reason but not get a straight cut point from the lady I talked to. She asked for proof of payment as to the debit orders and I supplied that through my bank (standard bank) I phoned later, talked to Elize, confirmed nothing was wrong with the policy. she advised me to visit networked pharmacies including Dischem Pharmacies.
On the 30/12/2013 I went to Dischem pharmacy in Wonderboom, Pretoria and a Lady Called Zelda in the pharmacy confirmed it was cancelled. all I want is a refund from the date of cancellation and I cancel membership
