I am currently 6 months pregnant and require feedback on the procedure on hospital pre-booking. i have been trying to get through to Essentialmed from the 30th of December via telephone, no response. In fact the call gets you so far and tehn goes silent. I have opted to send an e-mail on the 30th of December as well and to date no response.
I find this unacceptable customer service. It seems i have no other means of getting to s[peak to anyone at Essentialmed.
Frustrated.
