My card was cloned on the 1st of July and a substantial amount of money was withdrawn in Sedibeng. A report was made to the debit card department. and I was assured that I would be contacted in 3 working days but that has not materialized. I am appealing to the relevant authorities at Standard bank to intervene and get this matter sorted as am desperate to have my money back. My ref # is 3297371.
