Online Banking Portal is UGLY and Poo

I don't know what gave FNB the silly idea to change their brilliant customer portal from something that looked and felt professional to something that looks like a child's coloring book. If I were to guess, the designers probably made it for tablet and smartphones right? Hello, there is still some of us that use PCs hey. The interface is so cluttered and not much white space to help you orientate yourself. And whats with all the crazy coloring and imaging? Is this a coloring book or were you trying to make an online game with intense graphics? Please remember that many of your clients are not teeny-boppers and do not bank online to see weird color schemes. The previous portal was so nicely laid out, easy to navigate, everything was concise and had its place, the screen was not cluttered and if you wanted to go to something it had a separate page, the use of tabs was amazing. It was just brilliant. Why change something that just works? I've been with FNB for a long time and have basically no complaints and this is due to your amazing online banking portal. FNB has has people to rather use the portal instead of other manual means but what is the point of all this if it?
