I called and mentioned a wrong account number to get the settlement letter from the bank. The letter promised two days ago.
She went all belastic on me about giving her wrong information, for once it sounded like i called the goverment call centre.
and here i am talking to a highly reputable bank that has taken care of me. Because of my illiterate english i deserve to be ill treated, and be given an attitude - may she please be given a time out break or leave or Maybe the lady is over worked - to cool off.
i don't usually complain over this small emotional treatment that i get from agents, but she needs to sort herself out before taking it out on clients
I am really disappointed over this kind of service
