29 APRIL: Requested pvt banker to cancel pvt banking. They replied asking if I had been to the branch to request change &if not, to advise so they could effect change their side, to avoid duplicating. Indicated had not been to branch, she could there4 proceed. Recieved confirmation that my request was received for my a/c to be moved to the branch
6 MAY: Emailed pvt banking telling them after visiting branch to change a/c to normal, I discovered i was still on pvt banking. Received response "I have processed the account to the branch, will follow up now what the hold up is"
7 MAY: Pvt banker emailed "Just to confirm the a/c has been sent back to the branch"
30 JUNE: Emailed asking why I had been charged for pvt banking for May &June?
1 JULY: Pvt banker said to go to the branch &change to a/c of choice. Told them i tried that in April, branch referred me back to pvt banking, indicated frustration!
13 JULY: Visited branch, they said pvt banking needs to change code on their side for me go onto normal banking.

PVT BANKING CANT SEEM SEEM TO DELIVER ON A SIMPLE REQUEST? IT'S CRAZY. NO CLUE WHAT TO DO NOW! WOULD LIKE MAY&JUNE DEBIT ORDERS REVERSED.(Email trail available on request)
