Didn't change our banking details as requested

3 Weeks ago I went to the Hatfield branch and requested them to change our banking details since we changed banks. I gave them a written request on our company letterhead. At the branch I could see there was confusion how to do it. They said they will arrange it.
2 weeks later I went back there to confirm that it is done. They told me it was changed.
At the 2nd of this month they still deducted the money from our old account. 8ta is the only supplier who didn't honor our request! It is very annoying since we were in the process of closing our bank account and didn't want any transactions during the new month.
Please respond in a personal way and not some kind of automatic email respond like every-one gets!
