Cancelled my contract but still being billed

I cancelled my membership last month, however you still billed me this month. When contact your call centre the agent i spoke to said that it was a 'system' error. A 'system' error??? The only reason as system would make and error is because the data captured into the 'system' was done so incorrectly. I'd like a succinct answer as to why I was still billed, and please don't tell me it was a 'system' error. Secondly, I asked her when I could expect my money back, she said anything between 3 - 5 days. I asked her to explain why 3 - 5 days. While she tried to give me an explanation, she could not. Please can you explain why my refund will take 3 - 5 days.
