Still waiting for my pension money to be paid out

On 31 March 2013 I have been retrenched and all of my documentation has been handed in to Absa pssp fund. It is now 3 months that I am waiting for them but no replay the numbers that you phone is as good nothing because you are holding on for ever as it is a call centre number 0861177775 ore 011 8463500.Please can you help my by finding out how long this is still going to take because they have allot of different exqueses then its errors on the system or they are still looking for something from the employer everytime a diferint story. I feel this is unexeptable because some of my coliques that I worked with alreydy receved there monny some of them where with Absa others where with a diferind fund.
