LIBERTY PAID MY MONEY OUT TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL!!!

I have been trying from October 2012 to locate my money that was paid out to a liberty preservation fund from my previous employer. Liberty have been absolutely unhelpful. They have bounced my FA and now me from pillar to post. they have also paid out my monies to another person (yes a big company like Liberty actually did that). now i have been told, that i cant get access to that money, because it was paid into an RA instead of a preservation fund, even though i have given the FA (at that time) instructions to move it to a preservation fund. This service or lack their of, is disgusting. They are coming up with all the excuses in the book, as to why i cannot get access to MY money. Since October last year, they cannot give me an answer as to how much this fund is sitting at nor when it can be paid out. i have an email trail between my FA and Liberty, and the amount of "pass the buck" in that email trail is appalling. My money, would have been safer under the mattress rather than getting involved with Liberty. And this is a case, of Liberty saying, its not our problem... too bad soo sad. Its disgusting. Very good at taking the money, not so good at giving the money back.
