EBucks cancelled incorrectly due to FNB system e

I have an account with One Account. i used to receive eBucks and all was working fine. i changed the telephone number where i am supposed to get my inContacts when i received a new phone. this cause the Marketing Consent checkbox to change to "NOT" receive, thereby cancelleing my eBucks. i DID NOT select this. it happened automatically. i also apparently had an old BOB card on my account and the eBucks rules changed in June to state that you can only receive if you have a cheque card. i was NOT AWARE of the BOB card, so how was i to know about it. this card was apparently supposed to AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL in Nov 99! this is an error in the FNB system and now i have been trying to get my eBucks account reinstated, but there seems to be excuses the whole time. i find this totally unacceptable as this has been proven that none of this was due to my error. THEN WHY ARE THEY NOT RE-IMBURSING ME THE MONEY OWING TO MY EBUCKS ACCOUNT? everyday i just hear: "I have the right people looking into it, but i never see the money". typical... FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU???
