Claim number C465615. Left 2 voice messages, 2 email messages and escalated twice for simple feedback on my claim. Escalation dept says I must wait 3 days for them to call me after I complained that I have being waiting 3 days for feedback. The level of incompetence is astounding. People involved charlene gustyn, Lebo and most recent addition James Mashola. Can some competent Individual take responsibility and give simple feedback!?
