I have an outstanding claim for my car with MiWay. I have asked for clarity as to what exactly will happen with my car to complete this claim. I do not get replies from messages left on the telephone numbers I have. I sent an email on Friday morning before 8am, setting out the questions I need answered - no response. The person I'm dealing with isn't working today and I'm no further forward with this. I need MiWay to communicate with me, surely that isn't too much to ask. I want written confirmation of the next steps and exactly what MiWay will be paying for. This is not clear on the quote MiWay has sent me. I'm also unhappy with how this portion of my claim has been handled from the beginning.
