I am so fed up with the service by now and this drove me to log a complaint. Claim logged with HOC on 13 June. I receive feedback to come and inspect same day but it all went downhill from there. My wife had to phone almost every day to get feedback and the empty promises to call back urgently but yet she phoned back again and again with still no one phoning us back. She then eventually got feedback after phoning again that it was approved but yet after week still no stove or hob. This has been going on for over a month now and it is not acceptable. We have to get take aways most of the time and who will refund us.. you guys? We not holding our breath. We have spend well over R2000 on eat out food due to the stove and the looooong wait with no urgency and we paid the R500 excess within 5 minutes of notification from Roodepoort Electrical but yet NOTHING! Lynn from Roodepoort Electrical would have phoned back yesterday for delivery and installation but guess what, nothing again as usual. I am not happy and expect some sort of compensation for our discomfort. Not expecting a response on this eithe. How long must we still wait?
