74 Year old woman get send around by SASSA

My mom get her pension for 14 years. They said they must go in again to get SASSA card. The end of July she did get her pension from SASSA. My bother took her to the office in Pretoria in July. The person said that her id number are not corrected. He took her to Internal Affairs they confirm that het id number are corrected. They went back to SASSA the person said no she must wait until 23 July to collected her money in Pretoria they gave them the address. On the 23 they went again to collected her pension as she need it. When they arrive again early the morning they see nothing is happening there. There was person sitting there they ask him he told them that the people have collected there money on the 21 July. Again they went to the office in Pretoria the person said no they must go to Pick Pay or Fnb to see if the money show. They went again and nothing show. The person said no they must wait until the end of the month. Now again her pension does not show it now two months. I cannot accept the fact that this is the way we working with older people. The manager offices are closed and no one can see them . phone them what must she do go to the newspapers to get a respond.
