Not recivingpension money

Since day one iv been having problems, i only got half a pension in n april i had contacted sassa they said by the 1st i would get both mays pension and the balance of last months pension . i walked far to the pick n pay and only the balance of last months pension was in .i had contacted the sassa again they said by the 3rd i would have my mays pension to i walk again far to the pick n pay and to find out my money wasnt in . i have spent over R120 trying to get through to the sassa and i get put on hold by the time the person answers my airtime has run out . how do these people expect me to live . i dont have any airtime or money!!! im very upset i am 68 years old and i cant walk up and down every day to pick n pay to see if my pension money is in . i am desperate for the money and what makes me more upset is the tv ads always say no worry no hassel you can draw your money anywhere any time and its a lie!!! mrs B.K LOVETT
