Fnb? please!!!

I took a temp loan and fnb deducted the money at the end of the month. Did not hear a single word until i wanted to apply for vehicle finance. My account is in arrears of R850 odd rand which they deducted. Now that iv been to the bank several times to report this and fix the situation the lady gives me a number and says i must phone CBS i do this and nobody can help me? I must go into the branch. I'm now a risk 3 which is very bad!! I need a vehicle to get to work and back. I cant because my bank declines my loan due to non payment.

i find this pathetic and want this resolved.
Remove the risk from my account because its lack of competency that this happens!!!
