MAD interest rate charged compared to other banks

I opened my first account with FNB in 2007, I currently hold a Platinum cheque account, Money Market, various other investment accounts, savings account, Credit card, Smart device and insurance with FNB. So when I applied for a homeloan, to which I am putting a massive cash amount I obviously wanted to go through FNB as I keep all my accounts with them and I am a happy banker, always telling people to switch and about their great service. So I was approved for my homeloan by all the banks I applied to. FNB gives me an intrest rate of 11.55% and Standardbank offer me 9%, FNB don't want to match this intrest rate even though I bank with them and I can't get a reason or explination out of them. I am highly dissapointed. I will probably keep my main transaction account with them, but I will definately start looking at my options to invest at another financial institution.

Can you help me by please sending me an explination in writing.
