I wanted to apply for a tempory loan, as on FNB website. They told me after I had 2 tempory loans before, my outstanding debt less as per the previous applications, that I cant apply, because I am a risk. My accounts were never been paid late, or in arrears... I don't understand the logic that you can apply for a personal loan if you have R750 left over in a month, but if you have a good turnover on your cheque account more than R15000 left over., you are a risk. The risk involve in a personal loan is much higher than the tempory loan, because all the deposits first go towards the tempory loan???
This to me is no logic at all. The most innovative bank that's for sure!!!
I'm really upset that I have been treated like someone that they struggle monthly to get money out of me, someone that is really a bad client. I'm so sorry that I ever switched to FNB
