Terms and pricing change without informing

I had a 12 month loan with fnb taken out in oct 11 and told to me that it will therefore be completed by nov 12. I discussed this with the consultant instore on last friday and she agreed that is how it should be, however in Dec 12 the loan was still being deducted and i was told this would take place again i feb 13. This is unnacceptable as how can fnb extend the loan without me being informed or asked. In total i have already made 13 payments on a twelve month loan? They also changed the amount deducted without my permisssion or informing me. I was told that a query into this would be done at the store but to date i have received no feedback. Tommorow this will b deducted again which i do not agree with. I wanted to close my account and move my loans but they said i should not as this issue will b sorted. I was planning on having vehicle finance done here as well, but i cant if i cannot trust the bank and changes are being done without the customer being informed. I received good help in store, but when put through to collections it was completly pathetic. I would really not advise anyone to take out any loans with fnb..
