UNETHICAL LOAN DEDUCTIONS!!!

At the end of September I applied for a FNB temporary loan with the knowledge that the loan would become due in 30 days. About 2 weeks later I received funds in my account that was allocated for other things. FNB deducted the loan amount and the initiation fee. This forces me as the consumer to take another temporary loan. I then received money again and the entire amount was deducted, yet was only portion of the loan, a third deposit and again. I have emailed the bank and was told that it was referred to the temp loans department, that was 5 days ago, I emailed again and still no response. As a Platinum customer I expect better service from my bank. I want my money reversed and I only want to pay one initiation fee per month. I get funds, sometimes four or five times a month into my account, this interest rate is higher than a loan and it is daylight.
