Cancellation of the account without success now i

I have an account with you that Vosloorus Building Materials and Real People from last year. I have a serious problem with that company, is been almost 8 months trying to get hold of them but I'm struggling with them and I've been paying my account on regular basis since I started it. I wanted to buy a gersey from my account with them when I went to the hardware I found out that they moved. I called Thuli and Moosa assiting with account they said they are not working there anymore they've been fired, they gave me a number of to call the number is 0836004915 I spoke to the person behind the phone almost every week from early November till last year December 2012.

I called Real People on the 14 of January 2013 round about 10:10 in the morning they gave me these numbers to call Kaji Katuwa 0836004915 and (011) 837-6624 the (011) number is not working anymore and the 0836004915 I called it today that is 22 January 2013 and it was off. I send several email to real people, as they said, today (12/07/2013) the send me a statement that i owe them, i send email to coz cansel debit
