Promises broken

What can one do and where can one go of your consumer right are being violated, FNB made promises towards me due to the fact that I made arrangements for payment, they did not apply any of these promises, now lawyers are on my case and the Sherriff's office want to come to my house and take my belongings.

Worse of all is that due to health reasons I already lost everything, so there is nothing for them to take except for the mattress I sleep on my bedding and my clothes, do they want that too.

Does the consumer law not protect us from this kind of badgering after we mage arrangements for payment, protecting us from loosing everything (even if its only clothes and a mattress) Does the consumer protection act not protect us from extra bank interest any cases where unforeseen circumstances for e.g. health issues made you loose everything already. Can someone please advise or help. I have nothing to give to the Sherriff to sell as I really have nothing.

Is there no one at FNB that can assist with this, my previous complaint was answered here on Hello Peter but nothing was done about the facts.
