Old Mutual
Epeated errorr on premium holiday

I apploeid for p;remium holiday in May this year but every month the premium is deducted from my account a refunded back in to my account later in the month, i called old mutual head office twice to equire but nothing was done i went to kuruman brach but problem still continued. i also went to pretoria branch end of July but still money was dedected from my accound end of July. what is the use of applying for premium holiday if the money will bw deducted fom your account everymonth and be refunded later in the month.
